Job summary

Cabin Editing Company is seeking a Producer to work closely with the Head of Production, Executive Producers, and Editors. You will oversee project planning, resource scheduling, cost tracking against bids, and collaboration with creative teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets Cabin’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with post-production workflows, softwares, and technologies.
• Ability to work with both in-person and remote clients.
• Strong communication and follow-through with advertising clients and production teams.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects including planning and scheduling resources.
• Track and bill actual costs against initial bids.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Cabin’s quality standards.
• Coordinate with editors, producers, and clients to maintain workflow and milestones.
• Create cohesive job plans for editors and assistants and manage dailies and deliveries.
