Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee is seeking an Adoption and Pregnancy Support Case Manager in Milwaukee, WI. You will split your time between adoption social work and pregnancy and parenting support, educating and guiding prospective adoptive families through home study, placement, and finalization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work required; master's in social work preferred.
• State of Wisconsin social work license required within the first six months.
• One to three years of experience in social work or related field strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license, reliable transportation, and Wisconsin auto insurance coverage of at least $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident required.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide prospective adoptive families through home study, placement, and finalization.
• Support expectant parents and families through home visiting, education, resource coordination, and adoption planning.
• Coordinate adoption plans and liaise among birth, adoptive, and foster families and the child welfare team.
• Respond to family needs with crisis support and connections to healthcare and community resources.
• Maintain compliant case records and prepare required legal documents and reports; participate in supervision and professional development.
