Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers regarding inbound and outbound movements.
• Enter product data into the WMS and maintain accuracy.
• Verify driver identification and assign dock doors.
• Maintain knowledge of product location for dock scheduling.
• Notify warehouse of issues to support planning.
• Process carrier/customer paperwork and ensure correct load paperwork.
• Identify extra charges and collect from drivers.
• Assist accounts with posting inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain professional relationships with carriers and customers.
