Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Client Services Coordinator to manage deliveries and shipments, coordinating with clients, carriers, and the warehouse team. You will ensure accurate orders, receipts, and transfers in the WMS while maintaining strong client communication.

Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of Transportation or Warehousing experience preferred; combination of experience and/or education will be considered.
• Requires strong communication, organization, and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments with customers and carriers.
• Interface with warehouse team to ensure accurate processing of orders and receipts.
• Process transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to complete receipts, shipments and transfers.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain adherence to warehousing SOPs and safety standards.
• Assist with moving freight and advise on client needs and timing.
• Act as liaison between clients, warehouse operations and administration.
