Job summary

Tx Team Rehab in Frederick, MD is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our outpatient rehab clinic at Frederick Health. You will support Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy services, manage phones, register patients, and coordinate schedules at the Aspen Ridge Outpatient Clinic.

The ideal candidate has two years of medical office front desk experience, familiarity with EMR and scheduling systems, strong customer service and communication skills, and solid computer abilities.

Qualifications

• Two years medical office front desk experience preferred.
• Experience understanding patient insurance benefits and explaining them preferred.
• Two years experience using an EMR and/or patient scheduling system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule patient appointments.
• Perform patient registration and collect information and co-pays.
• Organize and maintain patient charts for therapists.
• Close clinic daily with required financial reconciliations and deposits.
