Tx:Team Rehab is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Acute Care Rehabilitation team at Frederick Health Hospital. Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative functions for the Acute Care Rehabilitation department.
• Coordinate therapist patient assignments.
• Assist with patient scheduling and department communication.
• Maintain office supply inventory.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly data entry and financial reporting.
• Organize and maintain employee files and documentation.
• Track regulatory requirements, including CPR certifications, professional licenses, and required credentials.
• Support therapists and leadership with administrative projects.
• Maintain accurate records while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and fellow team members.
