Responsibilities

• Build foundational skills that support long-term career growth within Client Services and Marketing Operations.
• Develop a growth mindset by learning new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Own and execute promotional programs from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Gather and clarify campaign requirements by partnering with Sales and internal teams to understand objectives and delivery needs.
• Deliver accurate, on-time audience data and campaign assets using established verification methods (full training provided).
• Manage and maintain campaign documentation, ensuring orders, specifications, and materials are organized and up to date.
• Proactively coordinate with internal teams to review forecasts, orders, documentation, and work in progress.
• Build knowledge of data-driven marketing, internal systems, and evolving industry trends.
