Job summary

Epsilon, a Publicis Groupe company, is seeking an entry-level client services coordinator to support our sales and delivery teams. You’ll manage multiple projects with accuracy, learn our systems, and help turn campaign goals into audience solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role (e.g., restaurants, hospitality, call centers, retail, or customer support).
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate work under deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Excel).
• Clear communication skills and confidence when working with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute count / order parameters to client/sales specifications via proprietary systems.
• Quality control of all projects using prescribed verification processes.
• Meet and maintain departmental quality key performance indicators.
• Finance Administration / Internal Billing Support and SOX Compliance.
• Timely execution of deliverables meeting/exceeding defined deadlines.
• Attain proficiency thresholds within required interval.
• Maintain knowledge of industry, systems, processes, and products in a changing environment.
• Participate in training sessions to supplement required technical knowledge.
• Manage and prioritize assigned workload.
• Apply and maintain privacy and data security standards appropriately.
• Work on process improvement.
