Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Consulting Services Specialist for the Somerville, MA team. The role handles the full client services and billing lifecycle for consulting engagements, including invoicing, work orders, onboarding, scheduling, and PO management, with a focus on profitability and client experience.

The position blends hands-on client services with growing understanding of project financial health, supporting month-end reviews and internal consulting initiatives in a dynamic EHS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, analytics, environmental sciences, or engineering.
• 1–3 years in billing, client services, or project accounting.
• Able to read project financials (gross profit, cost recovery, utilization).
• Strong organizational skills and deadline discipline.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Manage project invoicing and respond to invoicing inquiries.
• Create and schedule work orders; respond to work-order questions and daily changes.
• Lead contract onboarding and project set‑up for new engagements.
• Track and manage client POs, updating account managers on budgeting and PO limits.
• Support scheduling and resourcing initiatives within the group.
• Assist with month-end financial review processes.
