Responsibilities include compiling monthly attorney bills, reviewing pre-bills, applying retainer funds, and handling high-volume bills with accuracy. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Business, or Legal Studies.
• Experience with accounting/billing software preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and HTML/web-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Compile and bill attorney hours to clients monthly.
• Review and edit pre-bills in response to requests.
• Apply retainer funds as directed by an attorney.
• Execute high-volume and complex bills in a timely manner.
