Qualifications

• 5 years in Benefits Administration, Insurance, Customer Service or HR-related fields.
• Ability to supervise and manage client relationships effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional presence with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MS Office.
