Baker Tilly Vantagen, LLC is seeking a Benefits Consultant to support a range of employee benefits engagements and ACA reporting for contracted clients. The role focuses on data gathering, validation, and delivering accurate client filings with a high level of service.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1+ years’ experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, economics, data analytics, or related field.
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail abilities with data sets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsabilités

• Benefits Consulting: support leadership and project teams on a variety of employee benefits engagements.
• Collect, organize, review and analyze client benefits and employee data.
• Prepare spreadsheets, analyses, client deliverables, presentations, and other project materials.
• Coordinate ACA reporting efforts (Forms 1094/1095) for contracted Baker Tilly clients.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure deliverables are accurate and timely.
