Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines with accuracy.
• Preference for licenses: SIE and Series 7/66 or willingness to pass within 120 days.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills and a desire to leverage technology to help clients.
• High school graduate or equivalent with relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service handling client requests.
• Review and process account documents and information and resolve complex issues.
• Assist in crafting comprehensive financial plans for clients.
• Support periodic client mailings, communications and events.
• Facilitate transfers of funds/securities and issue checks on request.
• Adhere to branch, firm and compliance policies and procedures.
