Ideal candidates have SIE and FINRA Series 7 licensing, plus Series 66/63/65 eligibility or licensing, and at least two years as a Registered Client Associate. Strong tech skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the SIE and FINRA Series 7 and Uniform Securities State Law Exam or ability to obtain licensing.
• Extensive knowledge of stocks, bonds, margin accounts, options, mutual funds, annuities and insurance products.
• At least two years of experience as a Registered Client Associate.
• Solid technology skills with Microsoft Office; experience with industry tools is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong client service orientation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy including semi-advanced math; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous client service supporting satisfaction in a regulated environment.
• Adhere to Branch, Firm and Compliance policies.
• Review and maintain client documents, inform FA of meaningful activity.
• Assist FA with comprehensive financial plans for clients.
• Support periodic client communications and events.
• Facilitate transfers of funds/securities and issuing checks on request.
• Enter orders for stocks, bonds, options, margin and mutual funds.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
