Qualifications

• Proven ability to build client/customer relationships including excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy including the ability to perform semi-advanced math.
• Licensing preferences: SIE, Series 7/66 or 63/65; if not licensed, pass tests within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service managing client requests.
• Review, maintain and process account documents and information and resolve complex issues.
• Assist with crafting financial plans for current and prospective clients.
• Support in client communications and events; facilitate transfers of funds and securities.
