Job summary

D.A. Davidson Companies is seeking an exceptionally sharp, detail-oriented Client Associate to join our Omaha, NE branch.

In this team-critical role, you will work alongside Financial Professionals to provide excellent client service and support, advancing your career in financial services within a growth-focused environment. Primary duties include handling client requests, processing documents, assisting with financial plans, and coordinating client communications and events while adhering to

Qualifications

Proven ability to build client/customer relationships including excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy including the ability to perform semi-advanced math.
Licensing preferences: SIE, Series 7/66 or 63/65; if not licensed, pass tests within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide professional and courteous service managing client requests.
Review, maintain and process account documents and information and resolve complex issues.
Assist with crafting financial plans for current and prospective clients.
Support in client communications and events; facilitate transfers of funds and securities.
