Qualifications

• High school graduate or comparable work experience; post-secondary education preferred.
• Desire to advance in financial services and obtain required securities exams.
• Solid technology skills and willingness to learn new tools.
• Proven ability to build client relationships with strong communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional client service handling requests and account maintenance.
• Review and process client documents and resolve complex account issues.
• Assist with crafting financial plans for clients.
• Develop client mailings, communications and events.
• Facilitate transfers of funds and checks; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Seek to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide general support including phone, correspondence and scheduling.
• Adhere to branch, firm and compliance policies and procedures.
• Take on additional projects as assigned.
