Raymond James is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. You will handle scheduling, communications, account setup, and reporting, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 7–12 months of general experience in a related role.
• Experience using CRM software and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients across multiple platforms.
• Process client financial transactions and expense reports with accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and verify client information in internal databases.
• Prepare letters, forms and client-facing reports for servicing existing clients and prospecting new ones.
• Assist with marketing efforts and client events as needed.
