The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, assist with marketing efforts, and contribute to team performance through reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with financial services experience.
• Experience handling high-volume client interactions and inquiries.
• SIE and Series licenses as required by state.
• Proficiency with CRM and Excel for reporting and client data management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for high-volume client inquiries, quotes, and meeting scheduling.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts; research client and security information.
• Support marketing efforts including client seminars and events.
• Assist in budget tracking for Financial Advisors and expense reporting.
• Create reports to measure performance and identify efficiencies; streamline processes.
