Third Bridge Group is seeking a Client Services Associate to connect clients with industry experts, manage projects end-to-end, and drive topline growth. You’ll spend much of your day on the phone, persuading specialists to share insights and schedule high‑calibre calls with clients.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, commercial role, building rapport quickly, learning rapidly about markets, and cross‑selling services across the library, surveys, advisory, and 1‑to‑1 calls.

Qualifications

• You’re intellectually strong and ambitious, with leadership or extracurricular experience.
• You have grit shown through internships, work experience, or other achievements.
• You are a confident communicator on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Find, call, and engage industry experts to deliver client insights under tight deadlines.
• Own projects end-to-end, understanding client needs and scheduling expert calls.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and securing buy‑in.
