Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives and coordinate with teams.
• Collaborate with production to assess scope, costs, timelines, and instructions.
• Initiate project work and anticipate roadblocks for on-time delivery.
• Address issues with clients before handing to production staff.
• Set up project specifics to maximize team performance.
• Learn clients’ industries and needs to educate the team.
• Monitor progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as liaison between external clients and internal production staff.
• Set and fulfill client expectations.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project issues.
• Discuss issues with clients and staff and solve problems.
