Qualifications

• Heavy interaction with internal and external clients on telephone, email, and in person.
• Strong dedication to quality customer service and client satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word for Windows.
• Able to work 10:30 am-7:00 pm is not stated; position requires related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and teammates professionally via phone, email, and in person.
• Cultivate and maintain close client relationships through proactive service.
• Educate clients on Middle Office products and services to meet business needs.
• Interpret monetary requests according to SEI guidelines and client goals.
• Determine best action when a request is not in good order and manage risk.
• Understand IRS retirement account processing rules for IRAs and Qualified Plans.
• Identify processing issues and ensure accurate completion of client requests.
• Comply with AML, Late Day Trading, Privacy Act, and Patriot Act requirements.
• Participate in departmental projects to improve processes and systems.
