Job summary

SEI’s Wealth division seeks a Client Support Specialist to join the Sales and Client Team in Oaks, PA. The role supports advisors and IBD firms, driving engagement with SEI’s platform and capabilities while gaining investment and wealth‑tech expertise.

This early‑career position emphasizes proactive service, strong communication, and a customer‑centric mindset, reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales at SEI Headquarters in Oaks, Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services client sales and service support.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years SEI experience in lieu of degree.
• Current NASAA Series 65 or 66 license or ability to acquire within 90 days.
• Experience in multi‑channel communication: virtual meetings, video, phone and email.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with a track record of meeting expectations.
• Ability to think critically, collaborate, influence decisions, and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter mentality with eagerness to learn and openness to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day internal contact for assigned advisors and firms in the IBD channel.
• Support Relationship Managers by handling inbound inquiries and follow‑ups.
• Provide exceptional guidance on SEI’s investment, custody and wealth‑tech capabilities.
• Develop expertise to position SEI solutions for advisor needs.
• Support sales activity and advisor engagement to contribute to new business development.
• Collaborate with the team while independently managing tasks and priorities.
