Job summary

This early-career role supports advisors and firms in the Independent Broker/Dealer market, serving as the primary internal contact to drive engagement with SEI's platform and capabilities.

You will assist Relationship Managers with inbound inquiries, help clients implement SEI's investment and wealth-technology solutions, and build knowledge to advance

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in financial services client sales and service support; experience in independent Broker/Dealer channel preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Current NASAA Series 65 or 66 license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with multi-channel communication (video, phone, email).
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with proven reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client satisfaction history.
• Self-starter with eagerness to learn and openness to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day internal contact for assigned advisors and firms in IBD channel.
• Support Relationship Managers by handling inbound inquiries and follow-up activities.
• Provide exceptional client experience and guidance on SEI's solutions.
• Develop expertise to position SEI's investments and wealth-technology.
• Contribute to new business development by supporting sales activity and advisor engagement.
• Collaborate within a team while managing tasks and priorities.
