Job summary

SEI is seeking an entry level Middle Office Regional Consultant to support RIAs, banks, money managers and the SEI Wealth Network. The role emphasizes account and operational management with extensive daily client interaction to deliver exceptional service.

This entry level position includes full training, with hours from 10:30am to 7:00pm. A BS/BA in Accounting or Finance and Excel/Word proficiency are preferred, along with strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial and/or investment services preferred.
• Strong dedication to quality customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word for Windows.
• Able to work 10:30 am-7:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Heavy interaction with clients and teammates via phone, email, and in person.
• Cultivate and maintain close client relationships through proactive service.
• Educate clients on using Middle Office products and services.
• Interpret monetary requests according to high-net-worth goals and SEI guidelines.
• Determine actions when a request is not in good order.
• Develop understanding of IRS retirement account processing for IRAs and Qualified Plans.
• Identify Advisor processing issues to ensure accurate service.
• Understand current compliance rules in financial services including AML and Privacy Act.
• Participate in departmental projects to improve processes.
• Maintain confidentiality, quality and privacy.
