Job summary

SEI Corporation seeks an entry‑level Client Service Analyst to support Registered Investment Advisors and other clients through daily interactions by phone, email, and in person. You'll learn SEI Funds, products, and processes to respond to inquiries and coordinate client activity with Sales staff and SEI Private Trust Company.

The role emphasizes maintaining confidentiality and providing accurate, timely service, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial and investment services preferred.
• Strong dedication to quality customer service.
• Excel and Word for Windows.

Responsibilities

• Heavy interaction with internal and external clients via telephone, email and in person in a professional and accurate manner.
• Cultivate and maintain close client relationships through proactive measures and creative customer service.
• Educate the client and assist them in implementing best practices to use Middle Office products and services.
• Interpret monetary requests to determine the correct course of action.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of IRS retirement account processing rules related to IRAs and Qualified Plans.
