Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and claims support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for agents, insureds, and claimants on new claim reporting and status inquiries.
• Gather, document, and process first notice of loss information and escalate high-priority claims.
• Partner with claims examiners and internal teams to resolve inquiries and provide updates.
• Participate in testing claim-related systems and support process improvements.
• Assist with training onboarding and department initiatives.
