Job summary

National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE is seeking a Client Services Manager II to lead and develop the Client Services team, ensuring timely, accurate service to agents, insureds, and partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five or more years of related professional experience in insurance, customer service, operations, underwriting support, or a related business environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and guiding team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Client Services team members by managing daily operations and training.
• Serve as escalation point for complex customer service issues with cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage staffing, performance management, and workflow planning to achieve departmental goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved processes and technology.
• Build strong relationships with agents, business partners, and internal departments while driving improvements.
