Job summary

NICO National Indemnity Company, part of the Berkshire Hathaway group, seeks a Client Services Analyst in Omaha, NE. The role provides technology support for products, assists customers with website access, and serves as a liaison among customers, agencies, underwriting teams, and software developers.

The position features a hybrid work arrangement after six months and requires hours 10:30am–7:00pm, Monday through Friday. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Insurance, Information Technology, Finance, Statistics, or a related field; or Associate’s Degree and two or more years of related professional experience.
• One or more years of relevant work experience in customer service, insurance, technology support, underwriting support, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technology support matters; respond via phone, email, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to website applications, software programs, and online account access.
• Identify, document, report, and aid in resolving software defects; test enhancements and fixes.
• Answer underwriting questions regarding commercial auto and property new business and renewals.
• Assist agents with navigating online rating platforms and policy processing systems.
