Job summary

Oliver Inc. is seeking a Client Services Account Manager in Los Angeles to strengthen client partnerships and drive project momentum from concept through production and delivery.

You will serve as the bridge between clients, sales, and operations, coordinating quotes, timelines, proofs, and orders while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires 3+ years in account management and a background in printing/packaging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, client services, or a related role.
• Experience in the printing, packaging, manufacturing, or related industry is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong customer relationship-building skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, along with experience using ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop customer sales specifications used to create accurate quotes, estimates, and job layouts.
• Partner with customers to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Production, Quality, and other internal teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
• Review technical specifications and stay knowledgeable about current and new printing and packaging products and services.
• Present proofs, coordinate samples, obtain customer approvals, and confirm delivery requirements.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with timely, detailed, and solutions-oriented communication.
• Manage customer information and interactions within CRM systems and monitor project workflow.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support business retention and growth.
• Conduct and support customer visits, strategy sessions, and plant tours to showcase Oliver's capabilities.
• Manage customer complaints through intake, coordination, follow-up, and resolution.
• Review open sales orders and finished goods inventory and assist with order and billing-related audits.
• Help ensure customers receive a seamless experience from sales through production and delivery.
