JusticeLink, LLC in Tulsa, OK seeks a Community Reception Coordinator to join our front-desk team. The role will be the first contact for clients visiting our office, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment that supports access to services across employment, housing, case management, education, and more.

You will greet visitors, connect clients to co-located programs, coordinate transportation, track basic resources, and assist with expense records while upholding client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with criminal-legal system impacted clients is a plus.
• Lived experience navigating criminal justice systems is valued.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming, comfortable environment for clients and partners.
• Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
• Connect clients to co-located programs and providers.
• Dispense and track basic-need resources.
• Coordinate transportation for clients.
• Respond to administrative inquiries and questions.
• Maintain inventory and office supplies.
• Assist in submitting and tracking expenses and receipts.
