Job summary

Sheridan Pet Care is seeking a full-time Client Service Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. This is primarily a client service/front desk role, with occasional support for patient care and the medical team.

You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records while communicating clearly with clients and staff. Veterinary assisting may be required to support the team.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary client service or veterinary assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to assist patients when needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and patients to the practice.
• Answering phones and responding to client texts and messages.
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
• Helping clients navigate their visits with warmth and clear communication.
• Maintaining accurate client and patient information.
• Supporting efficient communication between clients and the medical team.
