Job summary

Sheridan Pet Care is a locally owned and relationship-centered small animal practice in Sheridan, WY. We are seeking a full-time Client Service Coordinator (CSR) to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic, primarily a front desk role with occasional patient care support to assist the medical team.

You will greet clients, answer calls and texts, schedule visits, and help ensure a smooth, compassionate experience from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary client service or veterinary assistant experience is preferred.
• Ability to assist with patients when needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Empathy, teamwork, and a client-centered approach are valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients at the front desk.
• Answer phones and respond to client texts and messages.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Support efficient communication between clients and the medical team.
• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
• Assist with basic veterinary tasks as needed, depending on experience.
