Qualifications

• Previous veterinary client service or veterinary assistant experience preferred.
• Primary focus is client service/front desk with occasional patient care support.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and patients to the practice.
• Answering phones and responding to client texts and messages.
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
• Maintaining accurate client and patient information.
• Supporting communication between clients and the medical team.
• Keeping the reception area organized and welcoming.
