Zions Bancorporation’s Vectra Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) in Centennial, CO to deliver friendly, accurate banking services to our customers. You will handle transactions, open accounts, cross-sell products, and resolve issues while maintaining compliance and balancing records.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong math and customer-service skills, and availability Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering or customer service experience.
• Basic math, balancing, and knowledge of bank products.
• Strong balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions in accordance with policies while balancing records.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, obtaining checks, transfers, and other banking tasks.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to appropriate resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities by assessing client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
