This full-time role processes debit/credit transactions, opens new accounts, handles transfers, and seeks cross-sell opportunities while maintaining accurate balancing. Qualifications include a HS diploma and 6+ months in cashiering or customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ months cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Working knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions in line with policies and procedures and maintain balancing records.
• Identify client needs and provide services such as opening new accounts, transfers, issuing/activating ATM cards, and other banking tasks.
• Resolve client issues directly or by referring to branch resources as needed.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• May be reassigned to an alternate branch location within ~30 miles with notice.
