Job summary

California Bank & Trust, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Diamond Bar, CA branch. You will be the branch face, delivering personalized service while guiding clients through daily banking tasks.

Responsibilities include handling debit/credit transactions, opening accounts, and assisting with transfers and loan payments; cross-selling bank products where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-1+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies, maintaining balancing records.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, issuing checks, ATM cards, transfers, and loan payments.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
