You will handle debit/credit transactions, open accounts, and assist customers with a friendly, accurate service approach while maintaining balances and follow procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and banking products.
• Strong balancing and customer service skills; ability to cross-sell banking products.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures while balancing records.
• Identify client needs and provide services such as opening new accounts, issuing cards, performing money transfers, and other banking tasks.
• Resolve client issues and refer to appropriate resources as needed; maximize cross-sell opportunities.
