Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in cashiering, balancing or related roles.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, issuing checks, and maintenance tasks.
• Resolve client issues or refer to other branch resources as needed.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
