Vectra Bank Colorado is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) at the Durango South branch to provide top-notch customer service to clients. The role involves handling debit/credit transactions, opening accounts, and assisting with day-to-day banking needs.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong balancing skills, and the ability to identify cross-sell opportunities while delivering friendly service in a community bank environment.

Competenze

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

• Resolves clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.

We are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Durango South branch. Looking for individuals available Monday - Friday

Essential Functions:

Qualifications:

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $20.00– $22.50 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
