Job summary

Cogency Global is seeking a motivated professional with corporate and customer service experience to join our in-office team. You will develop product knowledge for Financial Services clients, research information, and prepare documentation according to procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining client records, building familiarity with systems and workflows, and progressing toward independent handling of basic client requests while ensuring accuracy and timely
