Job summary

Yashwe is seeking an experienced Full Search Specialist with at least 8 years of hands-on public records research, property searches, and document retrieval.

The ideal candidate will navigate county-level records across multiple counties, using Netronline, Fidlar, Landex, and Doxpop to locate deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and ownership records, and to interpret results with precision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant Full Search experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Netronline, Fidlar, Landex, and Doxpop.
• Experience conducting property and public records searches across multiple counties.
• Knowledge of deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, ownership records, and related legal documents.
• Ability to locate, review, and accurately interpret recorded documents.
• Strong research skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage search assignments independently while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property and public records searches across multiple counties.
