Rotunda Software, an industry leader in volunteer scheduling software, is seeking a personable, positive, and self-motivated individual to help churches and nonprofit organizations schedule, connect, and grow their volunteer base.
As the Client Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for uncovering clients’ needs and solving problems by customizing the software setup. You’ll field technical and customer service-related questions via phone, email and Zendesk. In addition to excellent written, verbal and listening skills, this position requires the ability to help non-technical users set up the software to meet their unique needs. Patience, empathy, and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
