Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in managing client inquiries, scheduling consultations, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and online forms, providing accurate information about our services and processes.

  • Consultation Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule initial consultations between clients and attorneys, ensuring all necessary information is collected beforehand.

  • Case Management Support: Assist in maintaining and updating client records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

  • Client Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1year in customer service or administrative support, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using various communication and scheduling tools.

  • Confidentiality: Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.

  • Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
