Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused professional with a strong background in finance or banking to join our client service team. This role is integral in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to high-net-worth clients by proactively managing client needs, supporting investment counselors, and maintaining operational integrity across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify client needs and implement tailored solutions to exceed expectations.
Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and service.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Investment Counselors and Client Service Specialists (CSS).
Anticipate and address client and counselor needs to resolve issues before they escalate.
Prepare and distribute accurate monthly and quarterly client account statements, including tax documentation.
Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up support.
Maintain client records using systems such as Salesforce and Orion, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with custodians to monitor account activity and ensure regulatory compliance.
Uphold strict confidentiality standards in all client and internal communications.
Provide backup support across the client service team as needed.
Organize and purge outdated files to ensure efficient file management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services, banking, or investment management industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and Orion is a plus.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
Adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or restriction.
