Job summary

Citi in Reston, Virginia seeks an entry level Universal Banker to assist in sales, products or services with the customer service team, aiming to foster customer relationships and loyalty.

You will open basic accounts, resolve service issues, process transactions, refer opportunities, and support branch campaigns while adhering to policies and risk controls. This is a full-time role with Citi benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customer.
• Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities out of service transaction and resolve customer complaints/issues promptly.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch by participating in seminars and campaigns.
