Job summary

Citi in Washington, DC is seeking an entry-level Universal Banker to assist in sales, products and service activities in coordination with the customer service team.

You will help open basic accounts, resolve service issues, process transactions, and refer opportunities to partners while supporting branch events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions per bank policies.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
• Support sales/service activities in-branch events and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures.
