Noah’s Animal Hospital & 24-Hour Emergency Center in Indianapolis seeks a dedicated Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding client service and compassionate care for pets. The role emphasizes patient advocacy and helping families choose preventive and urgent care options in a busy, supportive practice.

The CSR will be part of a team that values empathy, clear communication, and a welcoming experience for every client and their pets, with schedule including days and weekend rotations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year related experience required with client service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and compassionate care for pets and a warm experience for clients.

Schedule: Full Time – Days, Weekend Rotations required
