Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year related medical office experience required with Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule

• Provide exceptional client service and patient advocacy to help families choose preventive and urgent care for pets.
• Communicate clearly with pet families to ensure best preventive and urgent care.
• Support a compassionate, efficient client experience and teamwork.
