Noah’s Animal Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative for our Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care – South location in Indianapolis. The role is full-time night shift (4pm-12am) with every-other weekend requirements, supporting clients and patients with compassionate service.

As a CSR, you will engage with clients, coordinate appointments and care plans, and help our team deliver exceptional pet health care in a busy emergency environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related experience in client service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and patient advocacy.
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure understanding of care options.
• Support the veterinary team during night shift.

Facility: Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care - South
