Abqpetcarehospital seeks a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bel Aire, Kansas. This role is crucial as you will manage the client experience in our state-of-the-art animal hospital. With a part-time commitment of 15-20 hours per week, including Saturdays, you will conduct phone triage, handle appointments, and maintain communication with clients.
Ideal candidates are experienced in veterinary customer service, possess excellent phone skills, and can resolve conflicts with a cheerful demeanor. We offer competitive compensation starting at $13 per hour, along with benefits such as a 401k and uniform allowance.

We have doctors as well as technicians certified in diagnostic abdominal ultrasound! Veterinary Customer Service Representatives play an integral role as the face of our hospital. They are responsible to provide excellent and expeditious client experience; greeting clients; responding to questions; processing incoming and outgoing patients; and handling payments. They answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e‑mail.
We believe that each team member should be compensated considering their knowledge, skills, and experiences. We expect the range for an experienced CSR to be $13 per hour.
